                        Hi everyone, I got my personal training certification from the
                         National Academy of Sports Medicine. My training style consist of weight training, cardiovascular training, martial arts, and good nutrition. 

                        When I first started weight training I made many mistakes. I didn't understand how to work out and I didn't understand the nutritional side of it. Now that I look back on my experience, I should of start out by going to a personal trainer to figure out how to weight train correctly. Understanding how the human body works is  the most important knowledge you can acquire if you want to be fit and healthy. 

                        After years of experience of weight training and nutrition, I finally understand how to be fit and healthy. Learning how to exercise is just as important as learning how to eat properly.

                        It takes commitment to stay diligent, staying fit and healthy is worth that commitment. Once you start a program you will understand why exercising and eating well is worth it. It is always difficult in the beginning, but once you move you would never stop. I have trained clients that never had a set program before, and seeing how they progress is the best reward a trainer can ever receive. My duty in life is to become a better trainer, too make it easy for new clients to jump right in. It does not take gimmicks, it does not take pills, it only takes passion and desire to look your best and to feel your best. One step at a time.
